OUR APPROACH

PHYSICAL THERAPY INITIAL EVALUATION
Our Physical Therapy Initial Evaluation is a one-on-one session at your home or office with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. It starts with an in-depth conversation to better understand your condition. We then move on to a head-to-toe objective assessment. This is necessary to understand a dysfunction because our body moves together as one unit; assessing a single body part does not paint the whole picture. Our objective assessment is comprised of, but not limited to, structural integrity, movement analysis, mobility, flexibility, strength, and motor control quality. After the head-to-toe physical therapy initial evaluation, the client is informed of the findings, treatment for the condition, and the plan of care. Finally, an individualized exercise program is created to supplement the treatment session.
PHYSICAL THERAPY TREATMENT
We believe structural dysfunction must first be addressed to have quality movement and function. The most effective way to address such dysfunction is through manual, hands-on treatment. We put heavy emphasis on performing hands-on treatment, especially in the early phase of rehabilitation. Upon restoring structural deficits, active rehabilitation is enforced through strength, mobility, and neuro-reeducation training to optimize your body's efficient movement. Due to chronic pain or learned compensatory movements, our body can forget how to move efficiently. Active rehabilitation helps to establish these efficient movements. It is important to remember that each treatment session is an ongoing assessment. Our treatment is dynamic and adapts throughout the entire plan of care to ensure an efficient and swift recovery back to doing things you love.

DISCHARGE AND POST-CARE
When you are ready to be discharged, a complete and updated exercise program will be created to ensure your continuous success. In addition, clients can opt-in for a yearly or bi-annual maintenance package, which includes a full-body assessment that will provide deep insight into any movement deficit that can be addressed with an updated exercise program or treatment plan.
