Dr Moon was an amazing PT! The doctors had diagnosed me with a small tear in my MCL and said my chances of training any further for my Ironman 70.3 was probably looking pretty bad. Dr Moon was able to treat me for the next month and got me up and running, biking, and swimming! He knew that this was really important to me and said that every situation is different and he understood my desire to complete this race. He taped me up, did mobility stuff, strength training and soft tissue to get me good enough to go out and compete! I’m an Ironman 70.3 all due to this man!
